Wilson has over three decades of courtroom experience handling a variety of complex commercial lawsuits and seeking money in catastrophic personal injury and elder abuse cases.

After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Wilson was hired by one of Virginia's largest and prestigious law firms, where he developed a sophisticated commercial litigation and insurance defense practice. For over twenty years, he represented Fortune 500 companies, such as Coca-Cola, Norfolk Southern, Verizon, General Electric, Siemens Westinghouse, and prominent insurance companies in liability claims litigated in both state and federal courts. Mr. Wilson was fortunate to gain considerable courtroom experience in matters involving commercial disputes, as well as catastrophic loss cases, involving claims for wrongful death, severe personal injury and multi-million-dollar property losses resulting from fire, water and other types of damage.
